Pride Gala 2023 Bus Pick Up & Drop Off Timetable

The fantastic people at Latrobe Valley Bus Lines and Warragul Bus Lines have worked with us to adjust the buses based on all who confirmed their seat, to account for large numbers at some locations. With their help, we have over a third of our 470 guests coming via one of four free buses across Gippsland, made possible thanks to the support of Uniting Vic.Tas!

Based on these amazing numbers, we have updated the bus routes and pick up times - and these are being sent in direct text message and email to all who have registered.

Please take note of your revised and final pick up time and drop off times, and make arrangements for your travel home from these locations. The 4 bus plans are below, with pick up and drop off locations and times for your reference. We will also text these to your listed mobile number. If you are listed for multiple parties, please ensure this reaches any other person you've registered on behalf of.

Please ensure you have your Gala Ticket and/or ID and that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your bus scheduled pick up time.
